Regulations on the Right of Access and Permanence in ZT Hotels

ZT Hotels has established a Regulation on the Right of Access and Retention in its establishments, which is mandatory for all guests who use its facilities, equipment, and services. This document is drafted in accordance with the regulations in force in the Valencian Community (Decree 10/21 of January 22 and Law 15/2018 of June 7) and Catalonia (Decree 75/2020 of August 4 and Law 13/2002).

Failure to comply with the rules set forth in these regulations may result in the cancellation of the reservation and require the immediate departure of the persons responsible for such behavior from the establishment.

At the time of booking, guests agree to comply with the rules detailed in the regulations, which can be consulted here . In the event of non-compliance with the rules described in the document, hotel management may require the person(s) in question to leave the establishment and pay any expenses incurred to date. In the event of a denial of access, the guest will be refunded.

It should be noted that the reservation holder will be responsible for the behavior of all guests within that reservation.

• Hotel & Spa Villa Olímpica Suites.
