ZT Hotels takes a big leap in sustainability in Peñíscola

At ZT Hotels, we believe that true hotel quality is not measured only by stars, but by the respect for the environment that surrounds us.  For this reason, we want to share news that fills us with pride and reinforces our commitment to quality.

Sustainability is not a goal, but a path of continuous improvement.  That path has been bearing fruit with the attainment of the Biosphere Committed distinction in two of the three hotels we have in Peñíscola.

Now these two hotel establishments, the ZT Aparthotel Acuasol and the ZT Apartamentos Turísticos Jardines del Plaza have obtained the Biosphere Certified seal. This means that our sustainable practices are now internationally validated.

Completing the family

Our third hotel, the ZT Hotel & Spa Peñíscola Plaza Suites, officially joins this mission by obtaining the Biosphere Committed distinction in March 2026. After passing an audit that validates our compliance at the highest level and in line with the sustainable development goals, this family holiday resort, one of the largest in the entire Valencian Community, achieved Biosphere Certified status last May 2026.
